I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC), and I earned my Masters of Education from Xavier University. I have more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples and families.

My goal as a counselor is to create a supportive environment in which my clients can begin to understand their struggles, while also discovering what barriers may exist that are affecting their lives. Many of the clients I assist are working through various life challenges, including anxiety, depression or grief. Others need guidance around relationship difficulties, substance abuse or anger.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, conversational and solution focused. Using Cognitive Therapy, Reality Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I focus on the here and now to help my clients find solutions. Clients who visit my office find a very comfortable atmosphere that offers a safe, supportive place to talk. Flexible appointment times are available to address these issues.
