I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Masters Degree in Community and Agency Counseling from Xavier University. I have nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals, couples and families.

I believe that everyone has many strengths to help them improve their lives. I guide my clients to increase their awareness of those strengths and how to utilize them. I work with clients on clarifying their own values and goals for change, making informed decisions, and assuming the responsibility for the decisions they make. I value a therapeutic relationship, as within the context of such person-to-person relationships, clients experience growth. I assist clients struggling with different issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems and substance abuse.

My approach to each client is individual, respectful and nonjudgmental. In addition to my relationship building skills, I implement the Cognitive Behavioral and Reality Therapies to help clients find the most effective solutions to their problems. My office atmosphere is welcoming and safe for everyone.
